Bilingual Educations are teaching academic content in two languages, in native and secondary language. Some people wants to learn another language aside from their native languages and some people don't want. In this modern time there are people who still debating about for ''Bilingual Education'' and against ''Bilingual Education.'' There are people like students who want to learn another language but they are still confused because of the economic environment, cultural environment, and educational environment of Bilingual Education.
First of all, economic environment of ''Bilingual Education''
is one reason of why many people like students are not yet ready to learn another language aside from their own native languages. One of the big reason are dealing with the cost of the programs. Students who want to learn English language can't enroll to the ''Bilingual Education'' because they are problematic with the fess of the school for ''Bilingual Education.'' That's one of the major problem that students who are lack of money may not learn English as their second language. The fact that students who want to learn English, allows them to explore a career in translation and interpretation. People who can communicate in two languages give the person many opportunities in life. ''People who oppose Bilingual Education say that millions of dollars were wasted by focusing on Bilingual Education. The major disadvantages of Bilingual Education, is that minority speakers, although wish to learn English, don't wish to enter into mainstream society and so they stick to their native languages.'' So some of the students just buy dictionaries or they are just using internet instead to go to Bilingual Education.
The second main argument of ''Bilingual Education'' is cultural environment. It is good thing when students learn about culture of different countries, which is enhanced by learning the language. ''Because there is a continuous flow of immigrants coming around the world, both legally and illegally, who do not speak English, the issue of Bilingual Education is not going to go away anytime soon. In fact, it is quickly becoming an issue that many countries must address.'' So, Bilingual Education is very needed for immigrants or exchange students just to learn English language that will help them to communicate with other nationalities that knows of how to speak English. The argument for cultural environment of Bilingual Education is everyone should be taught in their own languages and non - English speakers shout not be discriminated. The advantages of learning a new culture is you can mingle to other nationalities if you are in their country. The disadvantages of learning a new culture, is you might forget some of your culture perspectives or superstitious belief taught by your ancestors. For example, my was born in Philippines and stayed there for 5 years. Now she is in America, she knows of how to speak English fluently despite that English is her second language. Now she knows more about of American culture than her native land.

Studying two languages at the same time is hard for students, so they need to manage their time because there's a lot to do, like build up their speaking and their vocabulary. ''According to the search of Bilingual Education the children who are bilingual often are more creative and think out-of-the-box because of the freedom of expression they experience due to knowing two languages.Other benefits of being bilingual include being able to access more resources and exposure to customs and traditions.'' The disadvantages of bilingual education that pops up mostly is the Bilingual Education is very expensive form of education so it's obvious that some students stick in their language.
