Sleep is an essential life process. It is as important to our well-being as the food we eat, the water we drink, and the air we breathe. Unfortunately, it is easy to take sleep for granted. Busy people sometimes regard sleep as a waste of time. They take time away from sleep to tend to affairs of the day. Sleep deprivation is a common feature of our society, affecting children and adults alike. As a nation, we are increasingly a sleep-deprived people, and we pay a price for it. Lack of sleep reduces our alertness, impairs our judgement, and affects our moods. Impairments to alertness and judgement due to sleep deprivation not only lead to a loss of productivity at school or work, but also contribute to increased accident rates. It is especially important that young people preparing to drive recognize the dangers of drowsy driving. The three major problems that causes and effects of sleep deprivation are lack of concentration, accidents, and health. Sleep is as important to the human body as food and water, but most of us don't get enough sleep.

First of all, I think lack of concentration is the most dangerous because lack of sleep can also affect a child's performance and could be linked to increase risk emotional problems such as depression. Lack of concentration is caused by lack of proper sleep, not eating for long periods of time and because our minds are racing so fast, with so many thoughts at once, it cannot focus concentration on the task and hand. A major cause of not concentrating is not being interested in the work. If you are studying something you really want to, your attention generally will remain keen. However, when you are reading something that you consider dull or boring and you will usually find it difficult for you. If you are lack of concentration, that's the way that will cause you from accidents because you are not paying attention of what you are doing. I recommended that go to bed earlier each night, don't smoke or drink alcoholic decaffeinated beverages in hours before bedtime. And, us teenager we should need about 9 to 10 hours to sleep. People's opinion about lack of concentration can causes lot's of difficulties in everything so we should go to bed on time so that we cannot loss our concentration and it's not difficult for us to do things we should.

People who are lack of sleep is one reason of why some people fall asleep driving a car and will cause it to accident. People who drive for a living have an even higher risk of being in an accidents while driving. So, they should sleep early to avoid from getting tired everyday because if they are lack of sleep their body is lazy to wake up and their eyes is want to close because they are lack of sleep that will cause it from accidents. Like, if your eyes is blingking, you might can see your way so that's might be the one that will get you from accidents.

Health will be also affected by sleep deprivation and it also causes bad effects into your body. Sleep deprivation effects your health in many ways as you are in simple terms limiting the body's ability. It will come as no surprise to those who suffer from sleep deprivation that the affect on the brain and the body's ability to move around and think straight can be immense. For example, sleep deprivation can affect your brain that sometimes you cannot concentrate to your work or of what your doing.

I conclude that sleep deprivation causes lot's of problem that will drive you into a big trouble. That might be the way that will get you from accidents, like driving a car in the road, your body will feels tired, always lazy to wake up that you might not do your works because your body is feeling tired, and your body will get weaker.
